Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 novembre 2026

By using SincroLead you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. Who provides the service

DA_CAMBIARE Srl, DA_CAMBIARE — via, numero, CAP, città, Italy, VAT number DA_CAMBIARE (referred to as "we"), provides SincroLead at app.sincrolead.it.

2. What SincroLead is

A subscription service that connects a business's Facebook Pages and the Instagram accounts linked to them, its Google Ads lead forms — and, through our application programming interface (API), any other system the business wishes to connect — receives the contacts generated by its Facebook Lead Ads forms, and makes them available to the business's own agents for follow-up.

The service is intended for businesses and professionals, not consumers.

3. Accounts

  • By registering a business you become its first administrator and are responsible for whoever you invite into it.
  • The details you enter must be true and kept up to date.
  • Credentials are personal: do not share them. Anything done with your account is treated as done by you.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, write immediately to support@sincrolead.it.
  • You can enable two-factor verification. We recommend you do.

4. What you undertake to do

By using SincroLead you declare that:

  1. The Pages you connect are yours, or you have written authorisation from their owner.
  2. You have the right to process the contacts you collect, and you have given them a GDPR-compliant privacy notice.
  3. You comply with Meta's terms: the Meta Platform Terms, the advertising policies and the Lead Ads rules.
  4. You do not use the contacts for purposes other than those declared to the person who filled in the form, and in particular you do not resell them.
  5. You do not use the service for unlawful activity, unsolicited messaging (spam), or to circumvent the system's technical limits.

⚠️ Point 2 is your obligation, not ours. Towards the people who fill in your forms, you are the data controller: we process that data as a processor, on your instructions. See the Privacy Policy, §2.

5. What we undertake to do

  • Keep the service running and reachable, with due diligence.
  • Keep each client business's data separate from every other's.
  • Protect the data with appropriate technical measures (see the Privacy Policy, §7).
  • Give advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
  • Alert you when a Page connection stops working.

We do not promise 100% availability: no online service can honestly do that. Maintenance, supplier failures and force majeure can interrupt the service.

6. Dependence on Meta

⚠️ Read this: it is the most important limitation of the service.

SincroLead works through Meta's platforms. We have no control over:

  • changes to Meta's APIs or policies, possibly without notice;
  • delays, outages or lost notifications on Meta's side;
  • suspension or blocking of your Page, your ad account or our application, decided by Meta;
  • revocation of permissions by you or by another Page administrator.

If Meta stops delivering leads, or changes its rules in a way that makes the service impossible, we are not liable. We will do what we can to adapt, and keep you informed.

7. Subscription and payment

  • The fee, term and payment method are those set out in the offer or contract you signed.
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • If payment is not made we may suspend the service, after notifying you.
  • You may terminate as provided in the contract. On termination your data remains available for export for the period stated in the Privacy Policy, §6.

8. Ownership

  • The SincroLead software, interface and documentation are ours, and remain ours.
  • Your data remains yours: the leads, your content and your business data. The subscription transfers no ownership of it to us, and we do not use it for our own ends.
  • We grant you the right to use the service for the term of the subscription. You may not resell, copy, decompile it, or offer it to third parties as your own service, absent a written agreement.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that:

  • breaches these terms or Meta's terms;
  • endangers the security or stability of the service for other customers;
  • is in arrears, after the notice described in §7.

Where possible we warn first. Where the risk is immediate — a breach in progress — we act first and explain afterwards.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • we are liable only for direct damages attributable to us, up to the amount of the fees you paid us over the previous 12 months;
  • we are not liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, reputational harm, or for leads lost through causes not attributable to us (see §6);
  • nothing here limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Substantial changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not accept them you may terminate before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date counts as acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of DA_CAMBIARE — via, numero, CAP, città have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save where mandatory law provides otherwise.
